WRONG TEETH EXTRACTED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Ashburton, Friday. JUDGMENT was delivered to-day in the case of Alice Mary Voyce v. A. L. Zouch (dentist) claim for £100 for the wrongful extraction of two teeth. The plaintiff, a girl between six and seven years of age was taken by her mother to Zouch's surgery to get two milk teeth extracted, so that two permanent teeth (incisors) would have room to grow. The two permanent" teeth were extracted instead of the milk teeth. Judgment was given for £50 and costs.l Application for a rehearing was made.
