London, June 3. The Japanese warships Tsukuba and Chitose have arrived at Sheerness, land the officers and men are being feted. '. '

The Tsukuba is an armoured cruiser of 13,750 . tons, and has not been long completed. She carries four lOin and ten Bin guns. Other details of the vessel are not available. The Chitose took part in the war. She is of 4900 tons, steams 23 knots, and carries no less than two Bin aud ten 4.7 in guns.
