In the final for the lawn, tennis championship of Middlesex on Saturday Mr. J. G. Ritchie (England) defeated Dr. Sharp (New South Wales) by three sets to one. Dr. j Sharp ; and S. Doust , (New South I Wales) reached the final in the--I doubles championship, but the match 1 ? was postponed. .
