THE POISONS ACT.

Dtjnedin. Friday. Alexander Bagley, chemist, was fined Is without costs, to-day, for selling-liniment containing poison without entering the ingredients of the composition and the name of the purchaser in his register.
It was stated that the point had not been raised' since the Poisons Act came into force 36 years ago.
