WAR BALLOON ACCIDENT.
.."■ TWO OFFICERS MISSING. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. (Received May 31, 9.19 p.m.) London, May 31. It is feared that' two army officers have lost their lives in a balloon. The officers, Lieutenants Caulfield and Leak, Royal Engineers, both skilled aeronauts, ascended in a war balloon on Tuesday. The balloon was missing until yesterday, when it was picked up by a fishing smack near Exmouth. There was no trace of the officers!
