- London, May 30. The Prime Minister (Sir H. Camp-bell-Bahnerm'an) said in the House of Commons yesterday that the President of the Board of Trade (Mr. Lloyd George) with the Board of Trade's experts, had been examining the proposals for an " all-red" mail service to Australia and New Zealand, via Vancouver. Until the investigation had been further advanced it would be impossible to say if the appointment of a Select Committee on the subject would be necessary.• _ '
