TRUE BILLS FOUND.
EIGHTY-NINE CHARGES OF
BRIBERY.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright, j (Received May 30, J 9.22 p.m.) New York, May 30. The grand jury at San Francisco lias found true bills on 89 charges of bribery in connection with the city's municipal affairs.
Those indicted include the following:—Schmitz, Mayor of San Francisco ; Abraham Reuf, lawyer, and chief agent in bribery system; Patrick Calhoun; John Cahoun, president of United Railways, San Francisco; John Ford (William Abbot and Co.); Louis Glass, lawyer, and president of the Pacific States Telephone Company; and Halsey, former agent of the Telephone ComI pany. Bail amounting to £2000 on each indictment has been allowed.
