Berlin, May ,28.,, Forty English newspaper editors and writers, including several of eminence, are on a visit to Berlin, Munich, Frankfort, Dresden, and Cologne as guests of a committee representing all classes in politics and society.
A number of German editors visited England last year and were hospitably entertained. On their return most of them published their impressions.
