The Coroner found that the driver (Lloyd) and conductor,, (Wanuick) were drunk ..at. the time of the accident, and incapable of pre/, perly discharging their duties. The col« lision was the result of Lloyd's grossly careless driving. Lloyd was committed for trial on the charge of manslaughter.
