In the case of Ralph Haywood, charged with leaving;, his motor car without reasonable excuse, Mr. Hanlon { contended that the by-law was a bad ono, and should read, "for leaving a car or vehicle in the street 'unattended,'" and not " for leaving it ' without reasonable excuse.' "
Mr. Widdowson, S.M., said the objection seemed to be valid, but he • was disinclined to deal with tho case' off-hand. He would give judgment on Tuesday. : ■■■•,
