CANTERBURY LAWN TENNIS ASSOCIATION CLEARED. [BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. The ' Management Committee ?of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association, after 1 holding a searching inquiry charges made by the New Zealand Times • against the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association, of receiving secret commissions and giving trophies of less than their advertised value, has found unanimously that the charges have been completely refuted. . The committee also found that the charges were j. ' ' made on account of a misapprehension on 'the part of the gentleman who supplied the information to the press.
