London, April 4. Mr. Herbert P. Pease, M.P., addressing his constituents at Darlington yesterday, said that the Chancellor of the Exchequer had a great opportunity to unite all parties and strengthen the Motherland's relations with the colonies by cancelling the duties on colonial products. It' Germany had the same chance she would not hesitate a moment about doing it. He hoped the Government would put aside all party considerations in dealing with the question.
