CHii.rs-rriHJp.cfr, Monday. A North Island dealer lias been operating in South Canterbury, and lias purchased several thousand two-W>oth ewes to be shipped north and there fattened. The Heller, who is getting rid of his flock owing to lack of pasture, stated that the forced sale meant a straight out loss to him of £750.
