Weluvgtox, Tuesday. Sitting in divorce, to-day His Honor the Chief Justice granted decrees nisi in the eases of Annie Blaekmore v. Sydney Blackmore and Ellen Friers v. Alfred Friers. In the ease of Stephen Leonard Parsons, who sought a declaration that his marriage with Constance Mansfield, was a nullity. His Honor granted the order as prayed. In this case defendant had married petitioner before an order making divorce "Jasolute from the former husband had been grouted.
