At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, Mrj, ft ft Kettle, S.M.. ; gave a verdict fot the judgment, creditors in the following judgment summons caws :—'* Walker v. E. Adams, £6 Us 3d, ordered to pay forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment, the order to be suspended for seven days; W. G. Smith v. E C, Adams, £12 12s*f>J, ordered to pay forthwith, or in default seven days' imprisonment, fhe order to ho suspended for seven days ; .;. Lumpkin v. James Suscey, alias James Stokes, £3 I2?i 6d, to pay forthwith, or in default 48 hours' imprisonment, the order to be suspended for .-even day.= : Pottles and Palmer v. Wynne C. Cray, £7 3s. to pay forthwith, or in default seven days' imprison* men!, the order to be suspended for 14 days: A. Erickson v. Wynne C. ('ray, £4 12s, to pay forthwith, or in default seven days' imprisonment, the order to Vie suspended for 14 days: John Fitzpatrick v. 11. Pickering, £14 16s. to pay forthwith, or in default 14 days' imprisonment, the order to be suspended for 14 days.
