NEW ARBITRATION COURT JUDGE.

Wellington, Wednesday. It is understood that the question of the appointment of a judge of the Arbitration Court will be settled by the Cabinet almost immediately. Indications point to the conclusion that Mr. Sim, the Dunedin barrister, who has just returned to the colony, will be appointed to succeed Mr. Justice Chapman.
