BOGUS SOLDIER VETERANS. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Vienna, December 3. Two beggars obtained 1200 kronen (£SO) from the Emperor of Austria yesterday, on the plea that they were soldier veterans. The fraud was discovered before they had left the Royal Park, and the impostors were intercejpted and false beards and wigs they were wearing removed. They were placed under arrest.
