Company a statement was submitted showing the liabilities to be £750. and the ; assets £350. The position of affairs was discussed, and on the motion of Mr. W. M. Jackson it was resolved, "That the books of the Martha, Dairy Supply Company be handed over to Mr. W. 13. Buddie, with instructions to investigate, audit, and report on the same, and on the position of the business as he,finds it as from the commencement of the business on December 1, 1905, and that the debtors be instructed to give all possible information to Mr. Buddie, the report to be put in, within 21 days, and on the' report being put in another meeting of creditors to be called." A proposition to make the debtors bankrupt at once was lost. Mr. Bnlnton was appointed collector of accounts, and it Mas decided that a trust account be opened at the Bank of New Zealand. It was resolved, "That all documents and books be- , longing to the Martha, Dairy Supply Company and the estate of John Anderson be handed over to the chairman (Mr. R. H. Holmes) forthwith.
