So severe was tho collision that tho wreckage on tho steamer Tuncurry imprisoned the stewardess and several lady passengers in the cabins, and they had to be cut out:. The Tuncurry, though much damaged, was in no danger of sinking. Tho Advance is a tugboat of 181 tons register. The Tuncurry is a steamer of 162 tons register, and is owned by Mr. A. Taylor, of Sydney
