MUTINY AT AN OUTPOST. SENTENCE OF COURT-MARTIAL ■ By Telcgnph.— Association— • St. Petersburg, September 28. Some 137 soldiers at Ashkabad, in' the Caspian district, have been sentenced by court-martial to variois terms of imprisonment on charges c I mutiny. The men mentioned in the cablegram are probably those who took part in tho mutiny at Deshlajjer, on the Caspian, in August. They murdered their officers and then took , charge. of . the district. On tho appearance of a force of Cossacks they surrendered and expressed ponitence. ■ ; ARREST IN THE PALACE. > St. Petersburg, September 28. A mysterious woman has been' found at. the Tsar's palace at Peterhof, and arrested. She has been conveyed to the fortress of St. ' Peter and St. Paul.
