PROPOSED NEW LINE.
By Telegraph—Press Association Copyright. Ottawa, September 20. The Canadian Manufacturers' Association, at a meeting held at. Winnipeg yesterday, passed a resolution urging the Government to establish a steamer line from the ports of Canada on the Atlantic to New Zealand and Australia.
