POSTPONES HIS VISIT TO INDIA. By Telegraph.— Association Copyright. Calcutta, September 20. The Ameer of Afghanistan has informed the Governor-General of India that he finds it necessary to defer his visit to India until December. (Received September 21, 10.56 p.m.) Calcutta, September 21. The Ameer has cordially accepted an invitation from Lord Minto to include Lahore, Delhi, Sirhind, and Aligarh in his tour when he visits India.
