New York, September 20. It is reported that Mr. Frick has sold at 154 dollars 100,000 Reading railway shares, which he purchased at 140 dollars.

Mr. Frick is one of the Steel Trust millionaires. The Reading Company owns the Philadelphia and Heading railway (about 1000 miles), and controls a greater' mileage of outside lines. In June last the shares were quoted at a fraction over 140 uollars, and last month they were down to 1323 dollars,.
