[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] New PlymodtHj Wednesday. The sale of Mr. Riddell's Wares Beach farm of 1860 acres, the best farm on the coast, to Mr. A. Alexander, of Normanby, is reported. A marked improvement in the property market is noticeable, one agent having made sales aggregating over £50,000 during the last four weeks. A brisk demand continues.
