(Received September 18, 11.35 p.m.) London, September 18. The American steamer Manchuria, which stranded recently near Honolulu, has been refloated at a cost of £200.
This statement of cost cannot be complete. A salvage corps and vessels were despatched from San Francisco to get tin-, vessel off.
