THAMES VALLEY DAIRYING COMPANY.

[UY TELEGRAPH. —OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] PAEKOA, Tuesday. At the meeting of the directors of the Thames Valley Co-operative Dairying Company, there were 20 applications for the position of manager of the company's depot at Waihi, and Mr. J. Jessop, of Onehunga, was selected. It was decided to pay lOd per pound for butter fat this month. The New Zealand Accident Insurance Company's quotation of 5s per cent, for the insurance of the company's employees, was accepted. The offer of Mr. Francis, of £25 per annum for the buttermilk was accepted.
