SURVEY WORK AT POINT ELIZABETH.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
Greyuouth, Monday. Great indignation is expressed at the Government's action in stopping survey work at Point Elizabeth. A meeting of the Borough Council will be held -morrow afternoon to consider the matter arid confer with the Harbour Board, so as to make a strong protest. The survey, if completed, would settle the question whether it is possible to make a harbour or not at Point Elizabeth.
