At the annual meeting of the British Empire League yesterday, Mr. Jenkins, Agent-General for South Australia, called attention to the fact that the trade of foreign countries with Australia, is increasing more rapidly than Britain's trade, though the Australians would sooner trade .with the Motherland, than with outside nations.
