FIRE IN DUNEDIN.

[BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] .Tuesday. A vibe broke out this evening in the warehouse, office, and finishing department "of the Zealaudia hosiery factory, in Walker--; street. Although a strong wind was blowing, the fire brigade soon had the names under control, and prevented, the fire from - spreading to the adjoining buildings on each side. A good deal of damage was clone. The stock, which'was fairly heavy, was practically destroyed by fire or water, whilst the finishing. machinery was completely destroyed. The stock was insured in the Sun office for £400. The building, once a seven-roomed house, was insured for £200, ako in the Sun office. The proprietor of the factory is Mr. W. J. Dreaver.
