SEDDON MEMORIAL.
[BT TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Carterton, Tuesday. At a public meeting last night it was decided to support a New Zealand national Seddon memorial, to be erected in Wellington; also that the Mayor of Wellington be requested to invite each electorate, in the colony to send one delegate to a conference in Wellington at an early date, to consider the nature of the memorial; that the Government be urged to set aside the Mount Cook site for a memorial .technical college, such college to be free to students' from all parts of the colony who possess the necessary qualifications. Mr. Hornsby was appointed a delegate to the public meeting at Wellington on Wednesday night.' r3 :
