Oldfi-eld. hairdresser, residing at Rotorua, before His Honor Mr. Justice Edwards at the Auckland Supreme, Court yesterday.morning! Mr. Walker appeared^i''support of the petition. There, was'rfb appearance of respondent or of Reginald Wilkinson, who was joined as co-respondent. -

Petitioner • said he was married -to respondent at Green Lane, Auckland, in September, 1900, and they went to live at Rotorua. They lived happily together until June of last year, -when his wife went to reside with her mother at Ellersli-e. She. returned to Rotorua in October, but left again, and as lie did not hear from her he made inquiries. He ! then discovered ' that she was living with co-respondent in Wellington. Wilkinson was formerly in petitioner's employ. Petitioner then ' put the matter in the hands of his solicitors, who commissioned Mr. Wilding to go down to Wellington. There were, two children of the marriage. These, he believed, were now with their mother. . . . '

Evidence was given to show that respondent and co-respondent lived together as man and wife in a boardinghouso in Wellington in January last A decree- nisi, to be made absolute at the expiration of three months, was granted. The petition of Mary Jane Morgan (otherwise Mary Jane Casley) for a dissolution of her marriage with. Andrew Morgan was heard in camera. Mr. Martiu appeared for the petitioner. A decree nisi was granted. Mr."'Singer, appearing on behalf of the defendant in the case Emma Green v. William Monaghan, an action for specific performance, said the case was settled, and asked that it be struck out. The case was struck out accordingly. " The Court adjourned until half-past ten this morning. -
