FOREIGN SUPPLIES TO BE BOYCOTTED. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. New York, June 3. Washington advices say that, the Senate has. decided that supplies for the Panama Canal shall be purchased in America unless the President deems the prices charged extortionate.
