BATTLE BETWEEN AMERICANS AND MEXICANS. Ho COMBATANTS KILLED. TEXAN COWBOYS IN ACTION. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— right. New York, .Tune 3. It is reported that 5000 miners at, the Gran copper mines, Cananea ( ?),, in Mexico, are on strike, ami that they have become very disorderly and have resorted to the use of dynamite in destroying property They attacked a number of American miners and a battle ensued, in which •(") Americans and 100 Mexicans were killed. The Governor of the province appealed to the United States Government, for assistance and 430 armed Americans crossed the border and were, conveyed by train to Cananea. This force was joined by 1500 cowboys from Texas, .and after an engagement the mines were recaptured from the strikers
