The Hungarian Reichrath by 240 votes to eight has passed a resolution protesting against the recent modifications of the Hungarian Customs without the Reichrath's consent. .Count Stcrnburg, a Czech and a free lance, dissented from the resolution, and added that if constitutional procedure had been exceeded he would have moved to request the Emperor Francis Joseph to transfer the reins of government to younger hands.
