There 'wag'ah increase in the population of five ridings, find slight dec-reaves *i> four ridings. . Including flic boroughs of Devonport and Birkenhead, the total population of the county is 11,335, a.s against 11,915 in 1901. the increase being 2420. or ov-ir 20 per cent.
