FAILURE TO COMPLETE PURCHASE.

Timarit, Friday. IN a case of failure to complete the purchase of a. property sold at auction for £1700, the vendor recovered £300 damages (including £100 paid as deposit). He showed that the market value did not exceed £I*oo, and ho had been unable to get so much for it on an attempt at resale at the purchaser's risk. The defendant did net appear.
