POSTAL CONGRESS.
By Telegraph.— Press Association.—Copyright, (Received April 10, 1 a.m.) Rome, April 9. The Postal Congress opened at Rome to-day. Britain asks that New Zealand should have a separate vote, and that the Transvaal and Orange River Colony should each have a vote, or a vote between them. At present New Zealand votes as part of Australasia.
