KILLED BY A TRAIN.
—, «*. [lIY TELKGRAI'H.— ASSOCIATION.] DiJNEDIX, Friday. A MAN- who so far has not.been identified, was killed by a, train near, the Carisbrook Cricket Ground to-night. He was crowing the lino at the level crossing leading towards* the cricket ground, when ,he was struck by the engine, and' probably killed at once. One of his thighs and an arm wore mangled, and his jaw was brolcan. The man was about. 60' years of ago, and apparently was not accustomed to manual labour.
