DUNE DIN CITY VALUATION.

Dftr.vEDix, Wednesday. The report of the city valuer states that the valuation for the city (South, High Bell, and lah Wards) showed an increase in ratable value of £10,531, there being 62 new houses. The valuation of Cavers-ham Ward was £59,204, an Increase of £2040 for the year, and South Dunedin Ward £31,758, an increase of £2150. The total increase is £14,721.
