FURTHER ISSUE OF SHARES. [BY TELEGRAPH, press ASSOCIATION.] Wellington". Friday. The generail manager of the National Bank of New Zealand has received cable advice from London that the board of directors has resolved to make an issue of 50,000 of the unissued shares of £7 10s each. The shares will bo issued to existing shareholders in the proportion of one new share for every two shares now held, at £3 10s per shasrc, of which £2 10s will be capital, and £1 premium. Full particulars will be supplied to shareholders by circular early in March. [lit TELEGRAPH.— CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Friday. A tender at about £24,000 has been accepted for the erection. of new premises in Wellington for the National Bank of New Zealand.
