NEW TELESCOPIC COMET.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— ; (Received December 20, 11.59 p.m.) - SYDNEY, December 20. : Kiel Observatory lias reported that the new telescopic comet, designated " B," reached a brightness on December 16 equal to a twelfth magnitude star. -i The comet is rapidly receding from the earth, and for the next two weeks will remain in the constellation Aquarius, in ; the vicinity of Omega.
