A BOUNDARY DISPUTE. 'By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, December 13. The Government of the Congo Free State has occupied territory claimed by the Egyptian Government as belonging to the Soudan. As a retaliatory measure the Go-vernor-General of the Soudan (General Sir Reginald Wingate) has closed the White Nile beyond Bor and has thus isolated the Belgian military posts in the newly-occupied district. According to the latest maps, the boundary, of the Bahr el Gazel province of the Soudan lies some distance to the south of Bor. From a point to the south of Bor to Lake Albert Nyanza, the White Nile forms the eastern boundary of the Congo Free State. Bahr el Gazel is a rich pro-: vince.
