YOUTH DISGUISED AS A WOMAN. RESCUED AND ESCAPES. St. Petersburg, December 13. Refugees from Saratoff report that the assassin of General Sakharot? was a locksmith's apprentice disguised, as a woman. The revolutionists rescued him and enabled him to escape.
