CAVALRY VERSUS INFANTRY. THE MUTINEERS ROUTED. tj j London, December 13. "The force of cavalry under General Macdowiloff which attacked the mutineers at Harbin a few days ago and drove them back, and in turn were repulsed with machine guns, finally stood their ground heroically and routed the rebels. General Lihevitch urges that the troops that took part in the war should be sent back to Russia.
