A BRIDGE DESTROYED.

St. Petersburg, November 19.

One thousand workmen at • Karsovsk, in Poland, held up a goods train yesterday, destroyed a bridge with dynamite, tore up the rails, and cut the telegraph lines. A regiment has been sqnt to patrol the line.
