. QUESTION OF REPRESENTATION. [BT TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Saturday. Further consideration of the question of the Parliament of Labour and capital was .'•; given at last night's meeting of the Wellington Traces Council. >.'; The Otago council wrote expressing agreement with the Wellington council's action in communicating the Government to the effect that there should be equal representation of labour* and capital at the - conference. It was ultimately decided to postpone further consideration of the items suggested in correspondence received from the Premier and the Labour Department until the Premier had decided the question of equal representation.
