A * committee of . the; Riksdag, of Sweden, to whom the matter was referred, has reported in favour of negotiations with Norway for the dissolution of the union. The Ministry of' Sweden, has resigned, owing to the intention of the Riksdag to reject the Bill providing for immediately entering into negotiations with Norway for the dissolution of the union. >•
