NARROW ESCAPE OF THE .OCCUPANTS. [BY TELEGRAPH:.—ritESS ASSOCIATION.] -.■I Wellington, Monday. A boap.dingiiouse, in Sydney-street, owned by Mr. Francis, and occupied by Misses Upson and Carr, and six boarders, was destroyed by fire at half-past two on Sunday morning. The inmates narrowly escaped with their lives. The furniture was insured for £75 in the National, and the building for £500 in the South British.
