BOYCOTTING BRITISH VESSELS. By Telegraph.— Pre" Association.—Copyright. .Sydney, May 2. News has been received from the Bismarck Archipelago to the effect that the whole of the planters in German New Guinea and New Britain, of every nationality, have signed an agreement binding themselves to ship their products by the Nord DeulscherLloyds' steamers to Australia. The agreement operates from October 1, and is for five years. It practically means the exclusion of Australian vessel? from trading m these groups.
