ADVANCES TO SETTLERS.
CONCESSION TO LEASEHOLDERS. (BT TELEGRAPH.— PKESS ASSOCIATION.J Wellington, Tuesday. It has been decided that the Advance* to Settlers' Board may advance up to one-half the value which r Crown leasehold would realise if placed in the open market. The Board has hitherto only advanced up to 50 per cent, of the improvements made by leaseholders.
